Petisyon ni Vhong Navarro na manatili sa NBI custody, dineny ng korte

- Vhong Navarro filed a petition in court seeking for his continued detention at the NBI - The court denied the request of Vhong, which paved the way for his transfer to Taguig City Jail - Judge Loralie Cruz-Datahan issued a denial of the motion of the comedian on Sept. 29 - The judge stated in her decision denying the motion that she considered the arguments of both the defense and prosecution before having decided on the motion
